Corrected 2026-09-19: the Portfolio ceiling is $200,000, not the $100,000 most directories quote, and the self-serve Founders tier goes to $5,000 rather than $1,000. A third invite-only AI tier sits above $200,000. AWS does not state how long credits stay valid.
