Up to ₹50 lakh main track / up to ₹50 lakh Minorities track / up to ₹1 crore milestone track

No referral needed hard to get Government Renews India

Applications are not open right now. The programme itself runs in rounds, so the portal is worth watching rather than writing off.

Who qualifies

  • Startup registered in Karnataka
  • Competitive selection
  • Previous ELEVATE winners may be restricted
  • ELEVATE Minorities: a Director or Partner must belong to a recognised minority community and hold at least 51% equity
  • ELEVATE Minorities: that Director or Partner needs a valid digital Minority Certificate from the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka, with an RD Number
  • Turnover must not exceed ₹300 crore in any financial year since incorporation

In their own words

Selected startup will be eligible for up to ₹1 crore in grant in aid support. — Government of Karnataka, read 2026-09-20

What to know

Corrected 2026-09-20: we listed only the ₹50 lakh headline and missed a milestone-based track worth up to ₹1 crore, plus the separate ELEVATE Minorities track and its 51% equity and Minority Certificate conditions. The 2026 call closed on 15 July 2026; the scheme runs repeatedly, so watch the portal for the next round rather than applying now. Grants pay out against milestones, not in one lump.
